Why I Created This Free eBook — And Why I’m Giving It to You Today
Recently, I came across a heartbreaking news story...
Recently, I came across a heartbreaking news story about a young boy who took his own life after being targeted by an online predator. His father, in the midst of unimaginable grief, did something incredibly brave—he spoke out publicly, warning other parents and honoring his son’s life by telling the truth.

This is the kind of crime no one wants to talk about—because it’s too awful.
Social media platforms often censor it because the words are considered “too sensitive.”
But if we don’t talk about it, how do we stop it from happening again?
That question has been echoing in my heart.
When I heard this father’s testimony, I thought: How many more stay silent because it’s just too painful to share? I don’t blame them. But I’m grateful to those who do speak out. Because without their voices, the rest of us would never know what dangers are growing in the dark.
And the statistics? They’re horrifying. Especially for young boys—often overlooked, often silent, and often targeted. We’re losing too many of them. Too young.
Hearing this story brought me back to a moment in my own life.
Last year, the school my children attended came under attack. The Chinese Communist Party—yes, all the way from Beijing—was, I believe, manipulating Western media outlets and even some former students to spread lies about the school. It was devastating.
I remember when my sister asked, “How are your kids handling this? These articles… they don’t look good. For the school. For your family.”
My daughter was hurt. She couldn’t understand how such obvious lies could be believed. But my son—he was calm. He said, “The truth will prevail.”
That moment stuck with me. And my sister said something I’ll probably never forget:
“This is a good opportunity to teach your daughter about resilience.”
That one word—resilience—planted a seed. I started diving back into neuroscience, child development, and mental strength. I wanted to better understand how we build resilience—because our kids need it more than ever.
That journey led to the creation of Mind Armor.
And that journey led to this eBook I’m sharing with you today.
It’s filled with what I wish I had known as a parent 20 years ago—how your child’s brain grows, when they’re most emotionally vulnerable, what unseen forces are influencing them, and how you can be the defense system they need.
It’s backed by science—neuroscience, developmental psychology, emotional regulation—and rooted in real-world experience.
I’ve had people tell me I should be charging for it. And maybe I could. But I won’t.
Because I’m dedicating this eBook to the father who spoke out.
And to every parent, grandparent, teacher, or guardian who refuses to look away.
This eBook is for you—whether you’re raising children now, once did, or simply care about the next generation. If you’re human, and you want to protect what matters, you’ll find value here.
